Perhaps not in its mechanical form but my quartz VHP set a high standard and I wore it as a beater for many years as can be seen by the wear.
It has never been opened an is still precise.
Introduced in 1984, the original Conquest V.H.P. (Very High Precision) wowed horologists with +/- 10 seconds per year accuracy.
