Yes, 1985 will have an acrylic crystal and 3035 movement. I have a 16030 from 1987 on my wrist as I type this. I love it! Regarding value, it depends on the buyer. Some like the vintage acrylic crystal, some want the newer sapphire. Older DJs will not command as high a price as a newer one. I would say if you already have a sapphire model, go for the vintage model with acrylic!

What is the model numer of the one you are looking to buy? Does it have box and papers, recent service? Then we can help with ballpark price range.
