It's not that I don't like them, they look very nice but I just miss the classic and I thought it was perfect in every way. I don't need the maxi case or maxi dial and I sure don't want polished center links on any of my watches. I have a hard enough time keeping scratches of the cases polished sides never mind the bracelet, it's just a scratch magnet IMHO. The new GMT II's are very sharp looking but I think that they lost some of the comfort and overall appeal that they already had with the classic design.
