New here, thought I'd chime in.
I love tritium or Luminox. I've got a Traser watch with the latter and it's wonderful. But the half-life issue is a problem, especially for an heirloom-quality piece.
I just picked up an Omega Seamaster with Super Luminova and it's fabulous. It is readable all night long and no half-life issues. So, with this experience, my vote goes for (Super) Luminova.
