This would be the more accurate version, since Magnum PI started out in 1979, I think. But according to the story, he inherited the watch from his father, so it would likely be an even earlier generation, if you're really into the storyline. http://watchesinmovies.info/displayi...album=80&pos=2

The boy in that photo looks to be about 6 or 7? I think Magnum (the character) was 34 in 1979. So he supposedly inherited the watch in 1952 or so, long before it was introduced. So, considering the innacuracy of the storyline, I would suggest you get yourself an early 1675.

He also had a Chronosport, another hard watch to find these days.
