I hope you have a speedy recovery.

I can relate to this all too well. Back pain is really terrible.

I've had two epidurals in my spine, back about four years ago. I work out everyday still, but at the time I had to take near to a year off. During the worst if it, I spent weeks crawling to and from the bathroom.

Rest, sleep, drink lots of water. And try not to move.
