I'd say the 16700 wears quite a lot larger. It's not the thickness... it's the edged bezel on the GMT that "increases" the wrist presence and size quite a lot.
The difference with smooth bezel is actually quite dramatic when you switch to ExpII from Sub or GMT. Cheers.
