Question about a Squale with an ETA 2824
I recently bought a Squale 20 Atmos "root beer." Mostly because I like the brown dial and that it has an ETA 2824 and a sapphire crystal. I have another watch with that same movement. My question is, is it normal that as I tighten down the crown that it continues to wind the watch? My other watch with this movement doesn't do that. The watch is still under warranty, but I haven't heard back from Squale when I emailed them this same question. Maybe that's just how it's supposed to be? IDK, anyone here have any insight?

I'm pretty sure it's ok, you may just be not feeling your other watch wind as you screw down the crown.

I think it has to do with the stem length or something or maybe it is different for every brand and model. I read about it someplace.

Could be. I've asked around, searched, etc. I haven't gotten a definite answer. So maybe I'm asking a stupid question. The crown screws down securely and overall the watch seems to work fine.
