Eric Chan - Thanks for your kindness
A couple of weeks ago I made a comment on the forum regarding the Rolex magazine and that I was having a hard time finding the first issue. Eric contacted me about a week later letting me know that his AD has one if I was still interested and that he would be happy to get it for me and ship it to me as well.
Yesterday I received the magazine in the mail. So just wanted to say thank you Eric Chan for your kindness and gesture. You did not have to do this but you took the time to get the magazine, package it, and then drive to the post office to ship it. I really appreciate it and thanks for being a good friend. I hope to one day return the favor.

Very lucky. An AD told me that they were not supposed to keep older issues and destroy them. They were only allowed to have the current issue in their store. Now this may or may not be true, but it was what I heard from a salesman.

Don't know if AD's are supposed to destroy them or not, but the AD's here keep copies until they are all given out. In all honesty, not sure why Rolex would care with what the AD'S do with the stuff that is given to them to distribute.
