Which would you keep btw these 2 divers?

126600 vs 114060

Which and why?

It’s obviously a personal choice

For me, 126600 all day long and twice on Sunday.

The slim lugs, the full-minute bezel, the beautifully textured dial with red letters, the tapered bracelet.. basically a home-run by Rolex

The 114060?
SuperCase. Not a fan.
I do like the simplicity of no-date

I kept the 126600 and 116600 because they’re so different.

Sub... far better balance on the wrist.

The 114060 is the perfect diver. I voted with my wallet.

Well I used to have the 114060, until I upgraded it to a 126600...that should answer your question

The SD43 is a better watch in just about every way. The main advantage that the Sub has is it’s smaller footprint, even then I think the case on the SD is better balanced than the giant case and small bracelet on the Sub. If you don’t like the date then the Sub is the obvious choice as well.

The 126600 is an incredible piece and the obvious choice for me

126600. 114060 next to the 126600 is too plain for my taste.

Sea Dweller. It's just a special piece, moreso than a standard Sub.

I'd keep the sub because of the size and proportions.

But you should keep both; if you're asking the question, it would be a tragedy to let one go and regret it.

I would pick SD43, as I need the date function.

For me the 126600, because I found my grail watch with it. The SD43 is an anniversay edition, with a special dial (fine glossy, sometimes matte), a touch of red, a unique size and bracelet, better proportions, lugs and case. The SubC is wonderful too, I have both but with date (116610 and 126600) but if I have to choice, I would keep the SD50.

The 114060 is the only SS Sub I’d own. It’s the perfect watch. The only reason I sold / traded mine is because I moved towards PM and simply did not wear it enough.

Another vote for the SD43. Saw the 114060 from a work colleague. Didn't like the supercase, looked almost square. The absence of date was also a minus. I own a YM and a SD43.

I’d keep the SD since it has a date.

Earlier I thought the perfect symmetry of no-date was the way to go, but found that a date really is needed for a daily.

Tough one but if I have to have only one watch out of these two, it will be SD43.
But this depends on your wrist size too as some might find SD43 is too big to wear daily

I’ve got small wrists. So I vote the Sub.

114060 by a mile. I don’t like the hockey puck look.

For myself, I love the symmetry and balance of the 114060. It is easy to wear, great size, and more or less "under the radar" since most try to see the cyclops on a sub. I really think it is the perfect watch and if you just had this in your collection, you'd be set.

That's a tough one.
I like the size and function of the SD but also the simplicity and classic look of the Sub.
I'd keep the 126600 though.

114060 for me, as I really love the balanced dial...the 126600 bezel is way too busy, plus 43mm is too big for my wrist.

114060 for its lack of cyclops
