For those planning on going to Kauai in the near future, they went back to mandatory 14 day quarantine in your hotel room again for anyone coming to the island.

The other Hawaiian islands are still allowing the pre-flight testing and waiving the quarantine if you test negative. The results have been pretty good except in Oahu (Honolulu) where there is still a lot of cases reported. Maui has been pretty stable with the pre-testing and the mandatory mask wearing.
