New here, how you doin' ?

Hey what's up guys, I'm new here and fairly new to watches, you have a great community and thank you for allowing me to be a part!

I live in the NYC Metro area and work in Pharmaceutical for a living, prior to that I served 6 years in the Marine Corps from 2010-2016. Other than watches I'm a season ticket holder for the NY Giants, love all NY sports, traveling, firearms and cars.

I've always had an appreciation for watches, it wasn't until last year I began building a collection. I love them all equally, here's my collection:

1. Citizen Promaster Titanium- fun beater watch I bought on sale for $400, surprisingly gets the most compliments.

2. Tudor Heritage Ranger- this was my first "luxury" watch, I purchased last April because I wanted a nice watch, I said I only wanted one, I was kidding myself It came on the cognac leather strap and came with an additional tobacco leather strap, I prefer to wear it on a (Tudor) NATO strap in the picture, it's a strap monster and looks good on almost every strap.

3. Tudor Black Bay GMT - When I purchased the Ranger I set myself a budget and ended up with enough to buy 2 watches within that budget, I've always had an appreciation for Pepsi style watches since I was a kid so I naturally gravitated towards this, also gets the most wrist time.

4. 116710BLNR - This is my most recent purchase, I earned a big promotion in the fall and purchased this in January from Nashville Watch to celebrate. This is my first Rolex and I'm sure it won't be the last. Funny enough last year when I purchased my Tudor I said to my friend and fellow watch enthusiast I don't see myself owning a Rolex, too rich for my blood. Once I tried a few on it changed my appetite for sure. I love this one a lot however, it's more suitable for weekend wear and special occasions, that could change!
