The procedure of aligning to rehaut

Hi everyone,
I just got a new Sub from the AD and it has 2 visible "imperfections":
1. The dial isn't aligned to the rehaut.
2. The ceramic bezel insert isn't aligned to the rehaut when the bezel is clicked to the 12 O'clock position.

Leaving aside the discussion whether I should or shouldn't be bothered by this...
My questions is from a technical POV :

1. What would be the procedure for realigning the dial ? What sections of the case/movement will have to be disassembled (movement/hands/etc...)
2. Same question about the bezel insert.
