Ingenieur automatic mission earth - reference 323601

Dear Friends,

I finally bought the 323601. Am really new to the IWC brand. So I hope to stick around the forums to learn more.

My partner and I were in a hotel room earlier. I left my 323601 on the table. Unknown to me, she boiled a tub of water to make tea. The tub was really near my watch. Now, I am wondering whether will the heat cost any damage to my timepiece. I know I may be paranoid, as the 323601 is a robust, rugged model. It could be my OCD acting up. But, still I wonder…

So if any of you guys know anything about this, do advise me. I do not wish to send in for servicing / testing so soon after I bought this watch… Please help!

Regards!
