You can use the 97200 bracelet (6 digit sub) on you polar 5 digit and problem solved. I believe yours is with solid endlinks, right?

Interesting! I might just go down this rabbit hole.

I know the right move is to keep the 5 digit so let’s see where this takes me.

I have had the exact same dilemma as the OP. I find everything perfect about the 5 digit except for the bracelet (relative to modern options). I even bought and sold the 6 digit Polar twice. But if the above bracelet switch is a viable option, then I can make the move on a 5 digit. So, thanks for this suggestion.

It works — I’ve done it. Just use the original springbars for the 16570.
