I hope I'm the only one thinking that the case, bezel and crown are much nice than the 58. I don't want a 2 year wait!

Because it was received so soon, I think it was marked for display but I was able to buy it.

There was no rubber strap models for trying, although I will be ordering one. They don't even know the details of this yet, so that is to be determined.

If you go to view this watch knowing it is 37mm and you are specifically after a smaller diver and are excited at the chance to buy something that tries to honour its original from 1954, this really doesn't disappoint.

If you like larger watches such as the 42mm pelagos or sea-dweller, I'm fairly sure you would think this wears too small. I however, love it. The 20mm lug width doesn't make it feel too small.

p.s. as you can see on that photo, the dial has a strange metallic type sunburst dial which is only noticeable in direct light. Indoors it's a matte black flat colour. I also like the lollipop seconds hand (replaces the snowflake) and pencil minute hand.

I did find this to be an interesting piece especially on the rubber strap. If Tudor ever decides to add crown guards and nix the snow flake hands, I'd consider owning one

I like it, but there’s something slightly off with the dimensions in my eye. I saw it on a wrist roll on IG and it looks almost boxy with a small bracelet compared to lugs tapering completely in like the P39.

I’ll have to get hands on to decide.

I read on Hodinkee the bracelet tapered from 20mm to 18mm but that seems odd it wouldn’t be 16mm. Can you confirm the taper by chance?

Taper is 20mm to 16mm

If you measure the T-Fit end link (that goes into the clasp) that is 18mm / but looks part of the clasp.

Thanks for the pics. Something about the handset isn't sitting right with me. Skinny hour hand maybe. Not sold on the lollipop second hand either, not enough snow flake going on. The one snow flake hand now just looks out of place without its partner.

The case profile isn’t an optical illusion, it’s really thin. The way they designed the lugs and underneath the case make it sit flat to the wrist.

My wrist is 7” or just under. Flat.

This looks better to me than the BB58. I really like the dial and proportions, even though I have a 7.25” wrist I would totally wear this.

It would look amazing with a mercedes hand swap imo.

Similar boat here. Same wrist size and love my BB58. It's hard to justify adding it, but I am interested to see it in person.

I'm happy with Tudor's direction overall this year.
