126720VTNR Listed for $65k

Ch24 has seen its first listing of the 126720VTNR at 65k Haha
I normally see Ch24 pricing as aspirational at best
This listing however is utter delusion

The listing clearly says not in stock.

How many threads do we need about this?

Not sure why it commands such a premium over the BLRO & BLNR? It may be a new model but given time, it can’t be that hard to procure from the AD as long as you’re willing to wait.

I would just like to see one on the wrist in a few pics by the owner. If you were a lefty, it’s a gift from the gods.

I guess it will cost somebody a pretty penny to be first on the block. Prices will certainly settle as they become a bit more available.

Nope, the ADs were overrun by requests after launch .
It will be very scarce and sell at a high premium.
It will take over from BLRO as the highest premium seller.

Indeed. It’s a really nice watch though. I actually like it better than its right handed cousins.

This will normalize. I think the colors are nice but can’t stand the configuration otherwise. I think it’ll settle down near the BLNR

Well… if one can afford the resale premium and if they want the watch that much, then I guess that’s all the matters.

Probably marked as reserved because the dealer doesn't have them in hand and can't actually sell them.

They can list it for what they like but as for selling at the price thats a different story. In the real world you could change most Rolex into a left hand without much modification.

If someone wants to buy it for that price, good luck to them.

Asking price may not reflect selling price, assuming it even sells. Marking something as reserved or sold doesn't mean anything.

A few misnomers in this thread:

Watches with a crown of the left are not for left handed people. Anyone can wear them.

Sold or reserved doesn't mean it's actually sold.

Asking price does not necessarily mean selling price.

C24 does not set of fix prices. It's a portal for buyers and sellers like any other. The price they quote for estimated value is based on the prices of similar watches that have actually sold via C24. I got an appraisal done at my AD for insurance late last year. The value they put on my watch was within £150 of what C24 estimated it to be worth at the time.

I contacted the italian seller and asked if the 126720 VTNR Oyster is really reserved as i might be interested (i m not as i get one in the next weeks from my AD) but the italian seller answered yes they both reserved from clients in his shop! Also the american seller raised his ask from 65k to 85 k within this week.... Time will tell, but i think the VTNR is super hot!
