Padi has extensive knowledge of the Rolex brand and history. He was also a diver and spent decades using rolex dive watches as intended. If you want to engage padi discuss rolex history, rolex technical specifications or diving with rolex. Considering the amount of people left here who can tell a hairspring from a balance bridge I’d say his input is of value should you ask the right questions!

I’m pretty sure 99.9% of the people on all watch forums have no idea what a hairspring is.

I think there are watch maker forums?

You think these are the same 99.9 % who don't care about timekeeping and wonder what the difference between accuracy and precision is?
NO!!! On a watch forum they all know what they are talking about, 100 % sure

I am so confused that I can not even begin to imagine what the difference between Accuracy and Precision is.

Please could you explain to me and everybody else.

Diagrams and graphs would be very welcome.

Only kidding …….. for those that don’t know yet ……. Perhaps they could look at the thread that is all about the 32xx problems There is a lot that can be learnt there.

I don’t see any posts about hairsprings of watch movements in this forum. Do you? It’s mostly about pictures of Rolex with drinks and in the car. Lol. What forum are you on? Certainly not this one.
