Rolex Service Center Crown Replacement
I just picked up my 2006 116263 Turn-O-Graph from service at the Dallas Service Center (took 4 weeks and 5 days total, $990 total). I requested to have the crown replaced as the old one was dented. However, I noticed that the crown with flat line that was originally installed was replaced with a two dot one. Not that this is a big deal of course but I always thought on the Twinlock crowns, the two dot ones only came on the white gold models? I was always under the impression that Rolex replaces crowns only with the same replacement parts? Appreciate any input you can provide.
