I guess the magazine number 12 is the regular that you will find at your AD very soon. Maybe the other books is a little special, I don't know.

I guess you have to wait a few weeks before they will be at the AD's.

Cool to have the new DS (not DSSD) dial text as the cover image.

Traditionally Rolex printed multiple thousands of copies of these magazines & let customers take them for free from the AD.

I believe they are trying to reduce their carbon footprint & produce less paper copies.

They probably will reduce the numbers printed & reserve them for corporate events rather than for general distribution

y'know, that dial is pretty rad.

If they had done this to the sea dweller, no titanium, no helium valve, no date, and less text it would be amazing. The titanium two-tone is a bit funky.

I'm surprised they haven't created a term for titanium/gold two-tone yet. RoLXesor?

From the Rolex Newsroom site:

https://newsroom.rolex.com/watches/n.../gmt-master-ii

Just found a 'Document' section, where it have a hyperlink to download a PDF in different languages

e.g:

https://newsroom-content.rolex.com/-...re_english.pdf

Not sure if the same, but looks it's pretty like the GMT booklet?

No hurry. In the past the magazines haven’t shown up in the USA until 2 or 3 months after W&W.

“TESTIMONEES”?
This is what Rolex refers to their influential/celebrity partners as. To my knowledge, most have to buy their watches; they are very, very rarely given away for free, apart from extreme circumstances such as awards or thank-yous.

This way, using the word Tesitimonees - (plural of Testimonee), nobody can accuse the brand of sweetening up celebrities to promote their goods.

Just asked my SA he didn’t know there was a new issue out lol. Seems like the smaller AD’s on this side of the pond may not have them yet.

I don’t start pestering the local ADs until I see someone in the US selling them on eBay.

Rolex invents words that they end up trademarking, like Chromalight or Parachrom. The bezel is not in ceramic; it's in Cerachrom. It's not a Brand Ambassador, it's a Testimonee. They didn't misspell it; they just invented the word, or rather the spelling.
