Will a 116234 dial fit on a 16234

Hi All, new here! Just bought my first Rolex, a DJ 16234 with a blue dial. The dial has the silver skinny stick markers, with the old lume that no longer illuminates. I do prefer the look of the larger, white stick markers on the newer DJs. If I were to buy an authentic Rolex blue dial from a 116234, would this fit on my 16234? Thanks in advance for any input!
