Hi guys, am a new member here and looking at my first luxury watch purchase after 10 years with my Swatch chrono and a few like that. Starting out with an Omega so looking at the Planet Ocean and the Speedmaster Pro. I love the look of the Planet Oceans orange dial but am awed by the heritage behind the Speedmaster. Which one of the two do you reckon is the best fit as a first watch?..Are there any limited editions or anything in particular amongst them I should be looking at?
Thanks |

Omega rolls out a Limited Edition every year, so you can pick and choose amongst them if that is your fancy.
The PO is an automatic divers watch and seems to get good reviews. The Speedy Pro is a manual wind chronograph, so they are two different watches altogether and either would make a fine first Omega........

Both are great choices. My favorite is the Speedy Pro because I am a space nut but the PO is probably more versatile due to its WR.
My dealer ships downunder frequently and you might want to check his prices. PM me if you would like his contact info. Fr. John† |

Go into an AD or Boutique and start trying them on. I prefer the Seamaster PO in orange too. The look and feel awesome on the wrist.
