We'll what I mean is the sticky protection is coming away not bad for 2 years

You may want to wash it more. As soon as I washed my watch in warm water and soap, 60 days after buying BNIB, followed by the ultrasonic cleaner, the same piece peeled off. I didn't even know it was there until then.
