Hello my advice is like many here. Retains Rolex and look for a used Panerai whit a good price and origin certificate. I sold my PAM 111 and buy a Rolex Sub Date ceramic. I like it but I miss my previous PAM 111 and I am looking for another used as good as I had. It's hard because I only bought from owners and face to face but as someone also got mine I'm going to get something like that had. Good luck !!
On the other hand I think your Rolex is worth 10% more than would be worth a 312 used but almost new. I'm talking about an trade between two individuals, not dealers. IMHO.
