Ensure the crown is properly aligned and protective tape is applied to the entire watch.

Simple fix to this issue. Wear an actual 32xx Rolex with the -5 to -8 seconds next to yours. Take an average of both and you got yourself the right time. So if one reads 4:50 the other is 5:10, you know it’s 5:00 on the dot!
