Congrats! Forget the bracelet, the 5167 is a strap monster. Grab some of the other great alternative straps out there to have color choices. Some examples….

I actually would keep the SS bracelet as it really makes this reference quite dressy vs the strap is more sporty. That way, you can switch depending on your mood.

How did you remove the original strap? I find it incredibly hard to do so without damaging the lug somewhat

I don’t know the correct answer here. I purchased the 1.10 as my thinking was it would be more versatile with all my watches. There are times that the 1.10 seems too small and jumps off the spring bar lip easily. If I was to buy again I think I would choose the 1.30. Keep in mind though that I have no idea if that is the correct choice. Either way, the tool in general makes the job very easy.

I did the same thing. Traded 4 watches for the 5168G. 6 months in and loving the watch (still in the honeymoon phase). Most comfortable I've ever owned.
