As the previous poster mentions "too big, has an uncomfortable caseback, too top heavy"

The only watch that beats the SD43 hands down for the crown of the most ludicrously uncomfortable Rolex ever manufactured is of course the DeepSea.

Full disclosure, 7 3/4 inch wrist here, so it isn't a matchstick wrist that inspires the above review
Interesting, I have 6.5 inch wrists and actually found the DeepSea to wear more comfortable than the 43. The 43 caused me great discomfort. The DeepSea was just a slog to wear.

Always in the wrong place on my wrist, twisting strangely and rocking on its caseback. Never quite seating correctly or just supremely uncomfortable in a frustrating way. But alas I persisted, because this has never happened to me with any watches. I kept giving it another shot, but to no avail. I think I had it for about 2 weeks, of which about 10 days I never wore it. Gone.

Thanks for confirmation that you felt the same, for a while I thought it was just me until I read others on here making similar comments

Yup exactly what happened to me

My story is on here somewhere

I would not trade . There is more versatility with the SS model but if you like the other models do what makes you happy ! Good. luck !
