It is very easy to see, the 001 is the only 'R' not compromised by the revised city ring design of the 5230.

Both excellent watches. You can't go wrong with either.
It's funny how you say they are around the same price as I paid over twice as much for the 5270G as the 5131R, as I purchased both of mine from an AD. |

look at oryx's and you'll feel better. some dials have more subtle gradation others more abrupt. i think it looks fine.
