I have been holding back my vote to see if others will come on board with a preference . Looking at the votes so far looks like- Sunday march 23rd. (fine by me) Any interest from the NYC crew?

Great point! Thanks much. Will see what s14rollers thoughts are. I will repost the whole thing with a time adjustment if needed based on what time they can accommodate us.

Why wait- so no confusion !!! Make it 4pm Old Nassau Hall Steps as we work on the Hamilton Jewelers issue (they are definitely open until 5)

Ok, based on the responses including superdogs post above that makes 10!!!

WOULD LOVE TO SEE 15 TRFers on the steps of Old Nassau Hall on MARCH 23!!!!
(PLEASE NOTE-if more than 15 I may not attend due to the high cost of the Triumph Brewing door prizes I have included in the above posts - LOL.)

I reached out and my buddy who's the main watch rep there is checking his schedule to see if he can be there that day.

In terms of timing keep in mind Sundays they will close earlier, so it may make sense to meet up at a meeting spot to walk over to Hamilton first, then do the pub, etc after (plus then ppl can actually discuss new pieces they saw).

Is an hour enough time for everyone to try something on? It will be close that's for sure! Sounds like a fun day!

I took note of your interest in cigars - a shop with lounging area resides around the corner from the Nassau Inn - possible additional flexibility may be required post meal.

I'm asking them for when a preferred time would be to accommodate us...my reco would be that 1 hr wouldn't be enough time, I mean come on guys, how many times have we told our significant other that we'd only be an hr and it turns to 2-3? Lol

I'd say if we met up around 2pm, that would safely give us enough time without having them delay their closing time.

Yup.
A Little Taste of Cuba on Witherspoon is a great place.
I will try to come out. I'm in Bucks County.
Might have kids' sports obligations though. Thanks for setting this up.

Thanks for getting the info! So based on your Intel I think a 2pm start at Nassau Hall then to Hamilton would be fine. Let me know for sure if this works for them. Then I will update the thread - I personally feel that anything more than about 90mins at Hamilton will not be needed -this would put us at Triumph Brewing around 4pm and then Nassau Inn taproot or the like by 5. If someone wants to remain behind to seal a deal they can catch up.
Would like to finalize everything by march 1st.

The day's plan is looking great! Is anyone planning on bringing their significant other?

Mine may check in at some point. Although I believe she is somewhat sickened by my level of interest in watches (and this site). If your situation is different then by all means do. Plenty of fine shopping and other things in Princeton.

Mine may come, she went to the Hun school so she has lots of friends in the area. I doubt she'd come to the WIS parts
