Swiss heart, American made. Never had a nato before, it’s comfortable but will likely use a rubber in the future.

I love this watch...I wish Rolex would make a modern version!

They do, but I get the feeling Rolex interprets “modern” different than you lols. The original is in another class but can’t argue that Rolex did a fantastic job with the modern version, just wish it were 40/41mm max with a triplock crown.

It's a 757 UTC, sadly discontinued a couple years ago. I love multiple functions all in one package. Lots of useful tech as well such as the tegiment steel, copper sulphate capsule, and Faraday cage around the movement. Although it measures 43mm, it wears smaller. It is heavy and tall, neither of which are negatives to me.

Ironically, I too own a Marathon SAR, 2006 contract w/ custom 12 hour bezel. The Sinn has a similar military/ tool watch vibe but more attention to detail with a higher level of quality.

I am really enjoying this Oris Diver 65, with glossy black dial and bronze-accented black bezel, on its (non-standard) steel/bronze bracelet.
