That's so incredible Adam.

I have a real soft spot for dogs (animals of any kind really).

I could go all kumbya about the topic ... but let's just say that IMHO, people who have compassion toward other living creatures are generally very good people.

Kudos to you and your wife for taking the time and effort to make the world a bit better.

Motorcycles, cooking, general aviation (prefer spinny part up top versus out front), creative writing/storytelling, SCUBA & lately... everything in the Superformance dealership in Irvine, Calif.

I'll start a GoFundMe for a Daytona Coupe.

Aside from the gym, reading, building PC's and gaming, I love restoring antique straight razors.

Got miffed one day buying Gillette Mach 500000 razors for the price of a small car and using canned Goo on my skin. Decided I wanted to learn to shave with a straight razor. Which then led to restoring old one's I found on eBay before they suddenly became super popular and prices went through the roof. Think it was that scene in a newer James Bond film with a straight razor that started it all....

Taught my son to shave with a straight razor, he loves it, still uses one to this day. For me, taking the time for a nice shave let's me remind myself that life is not a "task list", slow down, enjoy the simple things, and sets the tone for the day for me.

This Wade & Butcher, The Celebrated Hollow Ground Razor, For Barbers Use is approx 150-175 years old, and this George Brittain Anchor razor dates approx 1780-1810.

Three hobbies I get great pleasure from:
1. Golf bad or good at my age more bad than good
2. Watches I love owning them wearing them and shopping for them
3. Breaking Clays

Not really a hobby but I have 1 child and my1 grandchild was born in 2022 and I can't get enough of spending time with that little man he is the new joy of my life. ALready have my Sub earmarked as his high school graduation present I pray I live long enough to hand it to him

Poker. (Tournament poker specifically.) I played for play money online for years, and made my first deposit on pokerstars about a month ago. Absolutely fascinating game.

Just collecting them. I have neither the tool nor the time to create my own, not to mention my lack of artistic sense.

I've recently been collecting old cookbooks (40s-70s), original James Bond books & Sherlock Holmes prints (can't find original prints from England from the late 1800s). SCUBA diving, motorcycles & yoga takes up the rest of my free time.

Beach, shelling, boating, snorkeling and bicycling. Pretty much anything near the ocean or on it.

I have been section-hiking the Appalachian Trail. I've complete 1425 miles which means I have 773 miles (1224 km) to go. A mere bag of shells.

I also have a few Martin guitars, a D-18 and a 000-28 that I like to play

Reading (fiction, poetry, and anything about music), playing and listening to music, watching baseball… These things all make me feel pretty good.
