Or by those who love the watch, would rather buy from a Rolex AD, and have the money to do so.

It’s stunning how many are so hyper focused on prices, acquisition, and the value of other peoples money.

I don’t care where you bought it. The watch is freaking awesome. Congrats.

Congrats on getting a guaranteed authentic watch, a full five year warranty, known history, professionally sized, and more leverage to be first in line when you want a really in demand model!!

That is a really cool reference, and one that real watch afficionados really appreciate.

Congrats!

Exactly, less conspicuous than a YG watch, same with platinum.

Now there is a proper heavy hitting white unicorn. Its one of those watches when you know, you just know. Definitely not for the common man.

Congrats and wear it in good health !

Congrats enjoy in good health. It's important that you don't feel the AD made you a favor, you made the AD a favor by buying this one especially after 30 years of giving them business. That's the point I want to make. This is a beautiful watch enjoy.

As far as a gold sub goes. This is my favorite. I used to have a yellow gold sub and I much prefer a full gold Daytona over it. But this wg sub is perhaps the best sub there is. Over even all the ss models. But only this black dial model. The blue on blue just doesn’t do it for me. This is the most underrated and understated sub. People are sleeping on this one.

A big congratulations on a great piece.

The comment regarding the WG Rolex is absurd. I own a green face WG 40mm day date and also own SS Rolex watches. The color is different and those who know watches who are the people you may “care” about the attention know you are wearing something special. WG watches have heft and presence and will always demand a premium.
