Very helpful comment mate.

1. What is the authority (qualification) of the internet commentator who stats that the Crown should be less than perfect on your watch?
2. Qualified organisations state the watch is genuine or vouch for the AD.

The watch is therefore genuine.

The watch is even performing at an exemplary level.

If you cannot accept this then owning expensive watches is not for you as it doesn't bring you happiness.

Good Luck, I hope you come to terms with the watch.

It’s 4:23 am in New Delhi, you’re an early riser! Do they have McDonalds there, because their breakfast menu is tasty and I would suggest a good meal might take your mind off the crystal mystery.

The replica McDonalds switcharoo story is 100% true! Those meddling kids and that dog cracked the case.

Just send it in for a service that should resolve it, unless RSC are also in on it!

Apparently this thread isn't enough because OP is also posting the same stuff on the /r/Rolex subreddit

I really don't get what's going on here. Why be so paranoid? Is there a reason for the paranoia beyond the etching looking too good?

OP please chill and enjoy your great watch

Rolex Laser Etched Crown -- Too perfect

Semi-serious. He needs to do something. Logic and reason don’t seem to be working, with this guy. Fake Rolexes aren’t waterproof. So, if he takes a hot shower, or swims with it, and it’s fine afterwards, chances are it’s real! I was just trying to give him a concrete test to perform, which might make him feel better. Having said that, if he bought it at an AD, I know it’s real…….

OP
You have every right to doubt the authenticity of the watch because I just bought a Kracker Jacks box and in the box was your exact watch with a perfect LEC. Can you imagine a Rolex in a Kracker Jacks box.

PLOT TWIST…

OP. Here’s a pic of my Sub LV (MK2 bezel) I purchased from my AD last month in December… definitely a different crown etch vs yours…

But I still think you shouldn’t worry since you bought yours from an AD. I hope this doesn’t drive you crazy… just enjoy your watch.

No point going to RSC because what if the watchmaker at RSC is also a disgruntled employee in cahoots with the SA at your AD? What if you are adopted, and your parents aren’t your biological parents? What if your spouse is cheating on you?

'What if' is the gateway to the devil's whisper, as my dad used to say.

I suspect if every member posted a photo of their Rolex with a similar LEC to his, he would come to the conclusion that we were all also duped and sold fake Rolexes by our ADs.

I remember studying a case where a person thought his legs were made out of glass and refused to walk. He was afraid he would break his glass legs if he stepped on them. So, the doctor asked him, 'Does glass bleed?' The patient answered, 'Of course not!' The doctor made a small incision on the patient's leg, and it started to bleed. The patient stared at his bleeding leg in confusion and said, 'I was wrong, glass does bleed.'

Details about the watch are making me doubt its authenticity. Bezel dial LEC. AD RSC both backing up the others ‘story’. I don’t buy it. Very fishy

Yes, yours is different.

I think I will bring my watch to RSC for checkup. Something is really off with my watch. How can be Etching is so perfect on my watch whereas all other people I have contacted have different etching...

Mate! Given that you are in India - come to Dubai. I will take you to my Rolex Authenticator - he is certified by Rolex when he used to work in the Authorized RSC Dubai. An independent authenticator will give you peace of mind.
