IMHO all rolex models are different and the reason to that is to have a larger market and our taste vary per person But if I was forced to choose what my least favorite rolexs are it would be the explorer 2,DSSD, daytona. What i dont get about the daytona is that it has a busy looking dial which i am not fond of yet its price is above SRP

Leopard Daytona!!! WOW I see what you mean about an awful looking what. I had to take a second look at it and research some more sites to actually believe Rolex would make a watch like the Leopard Daytona. I eat my words that watch is pretty much awful looking. And for that amount of money holy moly I could purchase a beautiful white gold sub and a day day and have money left over for a great dinner with my wife while wearing my two new watches.
Have a nice evening everyone. Aloha from Kauai. Tom |

Daytona - for some reason it reminds me of sweaty old man.
Sky dweller - great movement innovation - horrible dial. |

I just can't stand the submariner. It's a Blancpain knockoff.

I think, generously categorizing the leopard daytona as a women's watch, that there aren't any men's Rolexes that I really hate. The DSSD and YMII are too large for me, but I can acknowledge their individual coolness. The YM doesn't really do it for me with the platinum dial, but I really like the blue one. Like many here, I really dislike the second hand on the Millgauss though. I think it especially stands out on the white dial version, so I think I'd say that's the watch I'm least likely to consider wearing. Which is a bit of a shame, because along with the blue dialed YM, I think the millgauss is one of the few that really looks good with PCLs.

He probably won't. But just in case:
Hi Steven. With Muamar Gadaffi dead, you're just about the only man (well, you and Eddie Murphy, but that dude just doesn't care anymore) who can pull off that Rolex. I applaud you for that, and for 6 of the 13 Aerosmith-albums. I think you should be proud that your name has, at least on this one slightly esoteric forum, become synonomous with a product from the Rolex range. Yours, Alinoe P.S. Please PM me Liv's number. |

Submariner only being mentioned twice - surprise, surprise!
The design of the YM II is not appealing to me ...In general the ones with too much bling-bling (gold and diamonds) is not appealing to me. It's a matter of personal taste - so noone should get offended by this thread. Respect different taste, different styles, different people. |

I too feel the same, but I also don't like the DSSD, or some of the 31mm models. there is also a DJ model with a black wave diamond dial and black strap with diamonds (cant remember the model number). Also, there are some DJ models with a floral print. I dont know what Rolex was thinking, but those are some ugly watches. Rolex has always done very well with their classic Oyster line for years. Why get into the ugly factor?

Leopard Daytona has rather feminine look. Maybe it was designed for beautiful women wearing leopard bikini on the beach... I am new to Rolex world. At first, I couldn't use to look at Mercedes hand on many Rolex models. I heard this complaint couple times from others, too. Now, it doesn't bother me. But probably I would never accept esthetics of Milgauss seconds hands. It is downgrading the look of expensive watch to a toy.

Datejusts are common...but not the Milgauss!! That's why I like it. It's different and can be dressy.
