SOHAIS takes customer service to new level !!

Having been a TRF member since 2009 and having purchased quite a few watches, I find it hard to believe I never crossed paths with Sohais (Aamir) at AIS Watches.
I saw that he had a black dial, gold sub on his website so I emailed him.
He answered within minutes that it had been sold, but would I be so kind as to give him a chance to locate one. Two hours later he found one and now we discussed my trade.
He gave me a more than competitive offer on my watch and a great price on the gold sub.
I said "let's do it" .
