suspicious oyster date precision

appears to have modern lume
numerals on dial don't look like Rolex style
inside of case back claims 1972?

Experts? Your thoughts?

Seller states that the dial is "custom". It is aftermarket.
Otherwise watch itself looks original.

Tarting up these old ODs is common these days. It's almost harder to find an unmolested example in the general population.

yeah. I kinda like it on that strap too. the numerals are very "daytona'ish"
