Buying in Singapore?
Hi guys, I'm flying to Singapore at the end of the year and staying for a couple days, staying near Orchard Road. Was keen to just window shop and maybe pop into some grey dealers. I heard Singapore is one of the best places to trade and shop for watches. What are some recommended and reputable dealers? Preferably not too far from where I am.

I asked the sa,e question back in July or August and the boys here posted loads of great advice.
It's a fantastic place, watch spotting and shopping is great, and the culture and food wonderful. Have a dig. |

Go to Far East Plaza. Plenty of dealers there.
Good Time Luxury and Watch Exchange are very good and reputable. Stay away from Singapura Watch. The owner is slimy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I was there last month. The ADs are useless. None of them have any stock and make no effort to give good customer service.
I found the grey prices to be ridiculous. $38,000 (Singapore dollar) for a Pepsi. |

Love shopping for timepieces (and luxury goods) in SG. Bring a good camera and take LOTS of pics. Don't expect to have anything available from ADs, yet greys have plenty (priced accordingly).
Have fun... and remember there's three Krispy Kreme locations in SG.

For 2nd hand: as already mentioned, Far East Plaza near Orchard Rd. Many shops in there. Lesser known, further away: Golden Landmark Shopping Centre.
For micro-brands, straps, accessories: Watch Wonderland in Suntec City. They even have hands-on sessions for learning about watch movements. Also, if you are confident enough, many pawn shops everywhere are selling Rolex watches. Sent from my Nokia N95 using Tapatalk |

U can try Brighttime at The Bencoolen.
It is in the Bugis area which is pretty nice place for tourists too. If you need directions, feel free to msg me. They have alot of models available and prices can be very competitive. Within The Bencoolen, there are a number of reputable grey dealers too. Have fun! |

Prices and Stock in SG is mainly from HK wholesale market. Far East Plaza for window shopping and checking out the greys.
Better buy in HK or Dxb wholesale market if and when u visit. Enjoy the SG window shopping !!

Mmmm... Sources? From what I see, 2nd hand watches here are from all over the world, most BNIB are from local AD's.

Are you talking far East Plaza up on Scotts road next to The Hyatt. If so, this is a mini red-light district. The flors of this building are notoriously full of massage parlours and such. Yes there are some watch dealers towards the front but the rest is a bit ordinary.

Watch shops are at 1st and 2nd floors. It's a paradise for window shopping, and chit-chat with shop owners. Sent from my Nokia N95 using Tapatalk |

They are a relatively new dealer in town with cheesy FB ads...haha Office is pretty far away from town, probably to keep rental down. Some of their watches are pretty well priced. A lot of dealers are getting aggressive in pricing with the market downturn. Won't mention names but I have noticed dealers slashing a few hundred dollars every few days to move it. My personal experience with PB has been pleasant for that transaction. As they were relatively new, I took the watch to authenticate after purchase to be extra safe. Everything checked out fine. |

hello all. I plan to travel to Singapore next December and am interested in trading/selling some PP watches. may I ask which grey dealers I should go for? I read the forums and see recommendations on good time luxury, watch exchange, brighttime, and caliber65. Hope to have feedbacks from you all. thank you in advance.
