Maybe the OP is off having her baby...

If the watch can’t be returned due to a delay - then finding a nice watch winder to hold it proudly is a good option.

Even a nice Rolex box could be forgotten within a month.

Heck I didn't know people even carried about boxes until I came to this forum.

They absolutely have control over it, just give another box from their stash. It's very easy and I do it all the time for clients.

The OP's experience with Bob's is completely opposite from mine. The entire package was professionally presented. The Rolex box was pristine. The accessories were as advertised. The watch was immaculate.

Good for you. I applaud that. But it still does not change what I said.

Icon6 I had a Great Experience

You guys should look at the google reviews. They are great.

I had a perfect experience. Minty 16610 for what I thought was a fair price.

Would highly recommend.

Yeah. Kind of questionable when a brand new poster comes and makes one new post questioning Bob's. Several people on her have offered to help with a box and it seems no response.

From what I've seen, Bob's always posts pictures of the boxes they have with their watches and you can decide from the photos.

Granted, you can't always tell if its a fake box from the quality of photos (and Bob's should, for the most part be able to tell if the box is fake), but, you can get an idea.

Some people don’t keep them in the closet, it’s a nice storage box imo. Though I don’t use mine often, when purchasing in secondary market it’s another measure of attention to detail that the seller took care to keep the original box, another sign the watch was also well kept, just like papers and warranty card. Sort of goes along with saying to buy the seller. Same goes with the market for collectible sneakers if you’re familiar, shoes with boxes always go for more. Heck, I’d saying keeping everything original with anything collectible always is a good sign and usually valued higher.

Bobs always posts pictures of the EXACT item - not stock photos.
Bobs has a 3 day return policy.

I find the OP complaint suspicious. I have found a few other Bobs complaints on this forum suspicious. Throwing around unsubstantiated accusations is not fair to any business.

No I don't work for Bobs. I have purchased from them. If anything was not as represented I would have sent it back and called Pay Pal.

I am 100% satisfied with the product and service and would buy from Bob again.

Dear OP,

Congrats on your new incoming (corny watch nerd joke). Very nice gesture on your part to get him that gift!!

You don’t need this aggravation/stress at 38 weeks. I have a box I’ll send you for your husband’s gift (it’s the “green wave” box, I don’t know if it’s correct to your watch or not, but it’s real and in nice condition).

PM me a mailing address and I’ll send it out tomorrow.

Have to agree. Hasn't logged on since 4/3. Competitors smear campaign? Maybe this thread needs to be removed by the mods.
