It's another Swedish traditional dinner: Poached with melted butter and shredded fresh horse radish on top. |

We eat a lot of fish, If I could, I'd eat it easely 3-4 times a week but i refuse to eat the frosen crap they sell down here.
You would think that a state like Florida, (surrounded by water) would have an abundance of fresh fish. |

I did not know that LEO, that is strange to me. We are spoiled rotten in Vancouver with our seafood grantedness. Tonight was BBQ Salmon burgers with Daddy Chef's wasabi tartar sauce. Brocolinni , eggplant & grilled peppers for veg.being in my belly there are no pics, next time for sure in this thread! Tomorrow I want Won-ton Mein and I say my won-tons are quite picture worthy

Found a local Mexican restaurant for a change..'Originals Restaurant Mexicano' in Port Moody. Hard to come by Mexican restaurants in Vancouver, but this one was Great...along with a couple of margaritas, all was Good...and they served Flan for dessert...

I was stationed in Florida while in the military: Orlando and Pensacola. It seemed more like "Southern Alabama," with all the typical Southern faire.
