Seamaster PO 2016 vs 2017 sea dweller

I prefer the 2016 PO to the 2017 SD based on price and specs. The 3235 movement is awesome and can be bought in the DJ 41 for 7k roughly. So I would get the Omega PO and The Rolex DJ as a great pair vs the SD alone.

If the watches sing to you, go for it. They are 2 beautiful pieces..

However personally I wouldn't buy Rolex based on movement...the DJ41 is a completely different watch to the SD...just my opinion though.

If you want to buy watches for their movement look at JLC or Patek

I'm the wrong guy to ask, if you want me to disagree with your incredible logic.

I prefer those two, even one to one. The two together, against the one...no brainer.

Well done Sir.Really thrilled for you.In fact I'm also planning to upgrade my PO 2011 Cal 8500 B CoAx to a PO 2017 Cal 8900 M.C

Are you a Physician/Radiologist/Surgeon/Cardiologist working in the Hospital? Then you're well aware of your METAS certified PO abilities to resist the magnetic force field of most Hosp MRI machines and still maintain its accuracy in different positional variations.

I'll put it in another way Sir.Your PO MC watch will not fail any of the 8 METAS approved tests in any situation but can only be destroyed by:

●The superconducting magnets at the National High Magnetic Field Lab at Florida state, now the strongest Magnetic Force on Earth operating at 25 Tesla(That's half a million times stronger than Earth's force field)
●The Superconducting 8.33 T generating magnets inside the CERN Large Hadron Collider located in the France-Swiss underground border
● Some Research MRI scanners
