Need Help Identifying This Rolex

Could someone here provide me any input as to weather or not this Rolex is real?
Everything looks ok, but I'm not so certain of the markings on the Lugs.
Specifically the 18k marking.

I was considering buying this, but I thought I'd get some more advice from you folks that have been at this a lot longer than I have.

Thanks,

Al

Photos aren’t showing up for me. Is the watch gold? If not there shouldn’t be an 18k marking on it.

I thought so.

Some of the things that were questionable.

1. The box looks unfinished and not even constructed as well as one of my cigar boxes.
2. Logo on inside of box way off.
2. The pillow and material looked like cheap paper or thin cloth and not the thicker suede.
2. The 18k on the stainless steel lug seemed off.
3. The laser etching on the case seemed offset and too easy to see.
4. The green hologram sticker had wear on the model number, and if I recall from what I have read the model number is printed with the hologram and not on top.
I'm sure there are other things I missed.
Thank you for you input.
Very much appreciated.

x2

Plus that’s quite a long list of things you thought were wrong on a watch you were “considering buying.”

I must admit I'm seriously new at this, and sure I wanted to believe I was wrong.
I did much more research, even after the many hours I spent before. And after further investigation I came up with my conclusion.
That is why I posted here. I had my doubts, but just needed total confirmation.
I think I'm just going to save my pennies and just buy new or from someone reputable.
There are just too many fakes out there, and I'm definitely the farthest thing from an expert. I do appreciate your input, and I suppose I deserve the sarcasm at the end of the day. Thank you for your help anyways... You helped save me some money and that was well worth it. I can also say It was quite an adventure doing the research. Just so much out there and it's so easy to get fooled if you don't know what you are looking for.
God bless and thanks again.
