Hell from Sydney

Hi everyone

I stumbled across these forums a little while ago when trying to nail down what watch I would like for my upcoming 5 year wedding anniversary in October.

I've landed on a watch from the Rolex family, likely an Explorer II. I'd love to be able to spring for the 216570 (I LOVE the orange handle) but the bank account is telling me the 16570 is the more sensible - and still lovely - choice.

The wife and I are flying to the states for our anniversary so I'll be purchasing the watch there (much cheaper than in Oz). Had been scouring various jeweler websites looking for watches in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, but am now convinced buying from the forums may be the wiser choice.

Already learned so much just by reading the forums and look forward to hopefully finding my watch of choice from one of the trusted sellers here soon :D
