Right now I only have Levi's. I have tried several, but nothing feels like Levi's. I was wearing yesterday a pair of 511. For some reason I don't like now the fit of the 501, even though it used to be my favorite model -- I guess that tastes change along with what fashion dictates.

Primarily dark-wash RRs for me - the whole TR logo never appealed to me.

I wear Daisy Dukes. My friends are freaked out when we work on the cars. I ask them why they are checking me out. Can't four guys restore a car without trying to micro-manage every detail. They throw things at me, but they are so comfortable!

Whenever I'm in NYC I always make sure I pop into Adriano Goldschmied in SoHo for a couple of pairs. Best jeans I've worn.

Next time you're there hit up DDC Lab in the meatpacking district. There are a ton of other great clothing stores there as well.

Paul, I can't begin to tell you how hard I laughed at that post. The funny thing is, I was waiting to see what other people would say, but no one said anything. Everybody didn't know what the hell to say!

I'm a fairly open minded guy so I'm not going to judge the guy for wearing daisy dukes.

I used to care about name brands when it came to jeans. As long as they're comfortable I don't care what they are. Buffalos tend to fit me great and I also have Armani exchange, guess jeans I like.

Old thread but my favorite hobby. I love designer jeans and the quality you get with what you pay for. I own J. Crew, True Religion, Buffalo, Lucky among others. I love the way you can change up the look and feel with the wash and cut.

It's one of the few ways guys can change up their look and I have a slight addiction to buying these things.

Edit: Forgot the Seven's and Nudie's, love those ones too.

I wanted to know TRF's views on designer jeans

I personally have many pairs of jeans ranging in brands from Levis, Guess, Diesel, True Religion and Rock n' Republic. My favorite pair to wear with my rolex's are my True Religion.

I wanted to know the kind of jeans that Rolex owners like to wear.
Favorites:
All time: Levi Premium boot cut
Now: Paige dark wash boot cut
Going out: Guess straight dark wash, very tight

Others in rotation:
Diesel: Faded black
Joes: straight leg. Color is starting to fade
Seven: About 1" too short

Jean I hate and will never wear:
True Religion: Funky inseam does not look good. Pockets are too big and hang too low, making the ass look flat
Levi 501: Way too "boxy"
Rock Republic: Way too trendy

Designer jeans are the most versatile piece of the wardrobe! I like boot cut. But the fit must be tight. NO BAGGY JEANS!!!

Deisel and Joes are next on my list to try, I like the look but never owned a pair yet.

I also have a couple pair of PaperDenim that I find super soft and comfortable. They are almost like wearing sweats and are aging really nicely.
