New Strap for SD, What do you think?

just got this new kevlar strap with white stitching in the mail. what do you guys think? after struggling to get off my oyster band regrettably i had to go to my AD for some help...

thanks guys. any cheaper options on getting a good tool for band changes? the bergeon seems pricy for such a simple tool.
