1675 GMT Jubilee Band on its way to Michael Young for restoration

Well worn (near fatal) 1675 GMT Jubilee Band on its way to Michael Young for restoration and resurrection.

I'll post photos when it comes back. It's always a good experience receiving a band he has restored although this one will be something of a challenge.

Dig the root beer. Michael is a magician. He will fix you right up. I have sent him worse than this and was very pleased with the results.

1675 GMT Jubilee Band on its way to Michael Young for restoration

No worries, in some amount of months, it'll come back good as new.

note: Just make sure you compensated for the removal of stretch and if necessary you asked him to add links so that it fits you when it gets back.

It is a bit tough to wear in its present condition!

I am sure he will fix it up. Those oval link bands are sure prone to stretch out

While its in rehab you should wear that with a dark green distressed leather band, a friend of mine has one and we were putting different bands on watches (and hitting some scotch) at his shop and I thought that combo looked great. like this: http://www.chrono24.com/en/all/brace...-id3076578.htm

That stretch is crazy. How much does he charge to complete the job? Seen his work on the forum before and looks pretty good but how much difference is the price over a new or good used bracelet?

MIchael has done several bracelets for me, stainless and two tone oyster bands. All have come back in remarkable condition. I won't quote the cost here, but it's Far Less than a new band will run. Ed

Sent my SS jubilee to Michael on May 4th & it's already on its way back. Fast turn around. I am sure we will both not be disappointed.

Hi warpath, Just wondering if you got back your bracelet from MY yet? Also, did you sent it to him 'with envelope via Fedex' and any insurance? Apologise for these questions but I am contemplating if I should sent my DD bracelet to him. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about that. I had posted the bracelet in a separate thread linked below. Once again and outstanding restoration by Michael. Ed
