Jomashop is legit. They're gray market but reliable. I've bought some pens from them. Similar business as Authentic Watches.

This should probably be in the who's who section.....

But I have purchased from Joma before a few times. Had one problem and customer serviced fixed it quickly and I was happy. I would buy there again.

Do the watches still have stickers? Warranty card? Description is sort of vague about that and photos are just stock pics.

Their ebay store page shows a new 114060 Sub no date for more than the listed new 116610 Sub date. I feel it is a mistake on their part on this particular listing.

They offer their own "warranty" on new Rolex watches since they are not an A.D., so you will not receive the Rolex plastic warranty card. This is posted on their site. I am still leery about buying a watch from a place like this. Jizeal here on the forum took care of me when I purchased my new Hulk! The trusted sellers here are golden and the only way to go IMHO

I bought that watch cleaning solution through them, but their watches seem overpriced. For me, Rolex buying is a binary decision: AD or TRF trusted seller. There is no substitute! (apologies to Porsche).

Warranty doesn't really matter since it's for 2 years only. And if you're paying $8000 for a watch that can't function without having issues for 2 years then this watch shouldn't be $8000 to begin with.

What I'm concerned is, will Rolex still service the gray market rolex after 10 years?

I just checked their feedback with this many negatives posted about them I wouldn't want to risk it, not when there are so many great sellers here.

Does your car have a warranty?

Rolex? Nah. Just go with DSW.

If you click the purchase history, the first 2 buyers got theirs for $5500. A 12-hour window before Joma fixed the mistake.

Excellent deal for a BNIB 116610LN as long as it's new.
I wonder if we'll start seeing them here in the FS forum, you'll know if it doesn't come with a warranty card!

Wow! Their feedback is horrendous! The fact that eBay still allows them to sell is baffling? I wouldn't buy something as little as a springbar from these yahoos!

Negative feedback is less than 1% of the overall feedback. I'd say that is pretty amazingly good for a retail operation where feedback is so intimately built-in to the transaction process.

I would avoid Joma. No legitimate business sends as much spam as them do and they are impossible to stop. I also suspect that they sell your personal information to other vendors. There are other better legit vendors out there.

I agree. They have 31k transactions. Bestbuy and other dealers also have tons of negatives. The only thing that I would consider is the warranty. I wouldn't worry about receiving the goods in good order. There is an avenue for recourse in the odd chance you do not.

Do you really consider better than 99% satisfied, horrendous? Also, taking into account many of the dissatisfied were unhappy because it wasn't covered by the manufacture warranty. It says the warranty is covered by Jomashop.
I have dealt with them. So far, so good!
