Icon4 Need some help please

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum here. Anyway, I joined because I have seen a 2009 Rolex Datejust II as new for sale that I'm interested in. I'll post the specification and a picture below.

I have a couple questions: the face is a mother of pearl (aftermarket), should I be concerned about this?

Secondly being a 2009 watch with an aftermarket face there's no warranty. The seller is a jeweller and offers 1 year warranty from purchase but this warranty is offered by the jeweller not Rolex. Should I be concerned about this?

What would you guys value this watch at? I just want to ensure I'm not paying over the odds.

Also if there's anything else I should look out for before buying, please send tips my way. Thank you in advance.

Spec:

2009 Rolex DateJust II, White Gold Fluted Bezel, Mother Of Pearl Dial, Box & Papers

Movement: Automatic
Bracelet: Oyster
Case: 41mm
Bezel: White Gold Fluted
Dial: Diamond Dot Mother Of Pearl
Year: 2009 V Serial
