The seller has good credentials and will, no doubt, make good at his cost. You moved too quickly on this.

At least the title has been changed/softened. It more closely reflects the actual situation and I would bet my nxt paycheck that they get this worked out amicably. Now, lets go back to finding the real scumbags out there hawking fakies

Christian is a straight shooter. I have bought from him before and will again. Once he even proactively refunded money to me when he was unable to source a 16570 NIB bezel as originally expected. He is a trusted seller.
Buying on TRF is not the same as buying from an AD or an established business. Some people need to chill out and manage their expectations. Good deals sometimes come with an occasional inconvenience. Rarely (if ever) is something wrong done on purpose. There is no 1-800 number to call but if something isn't right 99.9999+% of the trusted sellers here will make it right. Just communicate directly before jumping to conclusions.. that's all. |

I've also bought from Christian and would do it again with no hesitation.

Christian doesn't really need more support in this thread, but he's going to get it anyway. I dealt with him earlier this year and it went smoothly. In fact I contacted him earlier this week for another part. I wouldn't hesitate at all to do business with him again.

This should never have been put on this board to start with. OP didn't wait for a response from the seller before trashing him.

Not cool OP. You should make sure to go out of your way to apologize to Christian and maybe change your name to "Notsosmartpup2001".

Interesting that you want a refund instead of a replacement.
I've never bought from Christian - but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him; his reputation is excellent. |

I said I do not want to quarrel with anyone. YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ??
I am ready to be proved by paypal. It seems like you take side with him. Something hide !! Did you used to buy something from him ? Your name begin with Coach, this is a good word means teach, educate ... But you do not do as your name. So you should change your name to "BiasCoachRolexRyan". Hope this will be last time to explain !!! I just wait my refund. |

Well a lot has been said here but I've always worried about the possibility of a buyer saying they never got it (package empty) when in fact they really did get it. I just don't know how you can prove it or whom to believe. I mean both members have been around since 2012, the buyer had about 30 posts before this thread and the seller 1300+. So I'd definitely give the seller the benefit of a doubt (and would have given him time to reply). It is also possible that it was stolen in transit. But in the end, that's why I try to buy from a longstanding member and use tracking, insurance, and tamper-resistant tape. Seriously, with all of the deals that successfully go down here on TRF, I can't imagine anyone willing to risk their reputation over $200. No way.

Actually, I have several gmt watches. So, I want to buy insert to spare.
However I think I can find and buy it from other trusted source. |

In fact, so wrong that it starts to truly taint your story and its validity, not to mention your haste in posting this thread. If in fact you did not receive this insert, the right thing to have done is have advised seller, awaited a replacement and have moved on with your life. Your intent was to advise others of this seller. Instead, the outcome is "good luck" with your own reputation. |

Moderator needs to step in a shut this thread down. The whole thing reeks of something not right. The sellers rep has been sullied enough and there are not (and won't be) any facts to support what really took place one way or another. This has been reduced to the possibility of cultural differences (likely) which we won't solve here. I say shut this down and let the original two parties hash it out.

I smell something fishy here. Let's see how this looks.
Buyer wants an insert. Claims to not get an insert. Buyer states There's a wrong address on a package they actually received. Posts here, to defame vendor, without first contacting vendor. No longer needs an insert, demands refund. I've bought from Christian. I can vouch for his integrity. As for refund guy.... If it quacks...... |

Enough of this.
OP jumped the gun on the naming (English isn't his native tongue either), members pile on thick without even reading the entire thread, and the seller makes no reply what so ever?!! What a mess IMO. If the seller wants to open a new thread stating the resolve of this issue, and the buyer wants to rescind his claim and state he was fairly treated in the end, then so be it. Otherwise this one is closed!
