Getting back my Ulysse Nardin...

After 3 months of waiting, my watch is back from Ulysse Nardin for full service. I must say I haven't miss any of my watch as much, maybe because I wear this one most. But I got to wait until next week when I am back from my trip . It is one of the best perpetual calendar out there in my opinion, being able to adjust it forward and backward. Plus GMT +/- main hour hand connected to the calendar for travelling combine with the rather slim case. Can't wait!

I've got a newer (2006) model with the sonata hands and I'm dreading having it sent for service but it looks like I'm going to have to soon. At least now I know just how long I should expect it to be gone for. Id also like to inquire if I possibly can...are we talking 1500 level for the service or should I be ready for a 3k-5k bill when I send it in? This is the one watch I always figured would be a boatload to have serviced lol.

Yours is still a UN32 movement too, so $1500 or thereabouts should be the going rate.

Awesome find, thanks so much. That's not too terrible. I was thinking it was going to be a used sub price haha.

Actually mine is more than that.... They made it mandatory to change the platinum rotor

And to be honest, I can't tell if the rotor have been changed or not; nor did I know it was damaged in the first place. However, I am now in love all over again after getting it back. It is such a great watch with amazingly useful complication in the classic thin case... just the perfect size and design.
