There are day and night matches throughout the two week tournament.

Visiting ny for the first time in two weeks, kinda wish I’d realized the us open was happening soon and then I would’ve scheduled the trip for one of those weeks. Oh well… haha

US Open is a blast. Usually late Aug and 1st week of aseptember though I think.

US Open is a good time - they’ve made significant improvements to the facilities the past few years. I usually go w friends every Labor Day, kind of a tradition , but taking the fam on a separate day this year too. I prefer day sessions as I’m 1.5 hours away w/o traffic and I like sleep. But some friends of mine who work in NYC like going at night. Usually sport a Rolex but don’t see too many others surprisingly.

Isn't there better sport like baseball to go to in NYC?

Like the TRF question “buy this or buy that”, the answer is of course both! Baseball and tennis in NY in summer is great!

Despite the brutal heat yesterday, was a nice day at the ballpark.

I went last Tuesday night and am going to tonight’s session as well. Looks like they will need to close the roof.

Anyone going to the US Open?

Was there Tuesday- watched Osaka win. Here today, watched her lose. Nice having the roof on Ashe!
